Enjoy direct access to the Hilton Hotel, so there’s no need to even step outside!  Residents are eligible for discounted services and amenities from the Hilton such as access to the Skyline Spa and Health Club (gym, spa, pool), visitor parking and room service from restaurant Cannon + Bell.  Also located in the Hilton lobby is the UPS store, Starbucks, Austin Taco Project, and boutique store Capra & Cavelli.  If the outdoors is calling your name, next door is the historic Brush Square, a quaint park to enjoy a good book or to learn more about writer O. Henry inside the restored museum house.  Steps away is the Waller Creek Greenbelt that extends from Waterloo Park down to Lady Bird Lake where the more adventurous may want to take on the Hike and Bike Trail.  The Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail is a ten mile loop around Austin’s most recognized and popular recreational area.  The Trail can also be broken down into smaller segments if time doesn’t allow for the full ten miles.

If entertainment is what you desire, then located one block North is Austin’s famous 6th Street and a short walk to the South is the Rainey Street District where you have your choice of bars and restaurants.  The first top-tier professional sport to come to Austin is the MLS soccer team the Austin FC.  The first games will begin in the spring of 2021 and residents will be able to board the train platform right outside on 4th Street and be taken to walking distance of the stadium.
